宿州公司創新模式強化班組管理

  今年以來,宿州公司從嚴抓隊伍建設、完善管理措施入手,建立長效的管理機制,全面提升員工整體素質。
  一是(shi)建立“學(xue)(xue)訓”制(zhi)度(du),組(zu)織班(ban)(ban)組(zu)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)收費政策,調(diao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)的(de)積(ji)極性,引導員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)注重理論(lun)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)的(de)同(tong)時加強實操(cao)練(lian)習(xi),推動(dong)(dong)(dong)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)“回頭看(kan)(kan)”活動(dong)(dong)(dong),即(ji)“看(kan)(kan)誰文明服務(wu)好(hao)(hao)、看(kan)(kan)誰業(ye)務(wu)操(cao)作(zuo)準(zhun)、看(kan)(kan)誰窗口形象好(hao)(hao)、看(kan)(kan)誰工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率(lv)高”,營造(zao)“比(bi)、學(xue)(xue)、趕(gan)、超”的(de)良好(hao)(hao)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)氛圍。二是(shi)建立管(guan)(guan)理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)日(ri)志,將日(ri)常收費稽(ji)查、站級日(ri)常管(guan)(guan)理情況等(deng)進行記錄,管(guan)(guan)理員(yuan)(yuan)及時掌握各班(ban)(ban)組(zu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)態,形成班(ban)(ban)組(zu)間(jian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)成效(xiao)對(dui)比(bi),樹立好(hao)(hao)的(de)榜樣(yang),進一步提(ti)高工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率(lv)、規范收費站管(guan)(guan)理。三(san)是(shi)建立交(jiao)流談心(xin)制(zhi)度(du),定(ding)期召開站務(wu)會議,探討分(fen)析工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)難題(ti),研(yan)究(jiu)新的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)舉措,會后站長(chang)進行“一對(dui)一”交(jiao)流談心(xin),全面了解(jie)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)思(si)想動(dong)(dong)(dong)態,針(zhen)對(dui)不同(tong)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)分(fen)類管(guan)(guan)理,拉近與(yu)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)之間(jian)的(de)距(ju)離,凝聚人(ren)(ren)心(xin)、增(zeng)強向心(xin)力(li)。四是(shi)建立點評考核(he)制(zhi)度(du),按季度(du)開展“評星”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),按照《收費人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)星級考核(he)細則》進行公平、公開、公正的(de)考核(he),對(dui)各班(ban)(ban)組(zu)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進行總結、點評,要求針(zhen)對(dui)問題(ti)制(zhi)定(ding)有效(xiao)可行的(de)整改方(fang)案,提(ti)高班(ban)(ban)組(zu)成員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)業(ye)務(wu)綜合技能,激發員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)爭先創優的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)激情。
