2016年(nian),在(zai)安徽(hui)省(sheng)總工(gong)會開展(zhan)職工(gong)“幸(xing)(xing)福家園(yuan)”和“幸(xing)(xing)福驛站”創(chuang)建(jian)活動(dong)(dong)中,合(he)(he)(he)安處榮獲安徽(hui)省(sheng)職工(gong)“幸(xing)(xing)福家園(yuan)”稱號,這是(shi)對全(quan)體合(he)(he)(he)安人的莫(mo)大鞭(bian)策和鼓舞。多(duo)年(nian)來,合(he)(he)(he)安處堅持倡導(dao)“以人為本、科學人文”的管理(li)理(li)念,特別(bie)是(shi)在(zai)2016年(nian)以來,積極推動(dong)(dong)“合(he)(he)(he)安心(xin)”服務(wu)品牌建(jian)設(she),堅定“美好合(he)(he)(he)安”愿景(jing),致(zhi)力(li)為員工(gong)營造一個(ge)健康、愉悅的工(gong)作(zuo)和生(sheng)活環境,提(ti)升員工(gong)幸(xing)(xing)福指數(shu),實現員工(gong)健康成長。
在(zai)“幸(xing)(xing)福家(jia)園”創建活動中,合(he)安(an)(an)處(chu)堅(jian)持(chi)以職工(gong)需求(qiu)為(wei)導向,不斷健全工(gong)會服(fu)(fu)務體系、拓展服(fu)(fu)務項目、切實(shi)履行服(fu)(fu)務職責(ze)。從打牢(lao)幸(xing)(xing)福基礎(chu);找(zhao)準幸(xing)(xing)福需求(qiu);活躍(yue)幸(xing)(xing)福氛圍;提升幸(xing)(xing)福指數;實(shi)現幸(xing)(xing)福成長五(wu)個(ge)方面入手,不斷提升后(hou)勤保障質量和服(fu)(fu)務水(shui)平(ping)。扎實(shi)推進(jin)健康(kang)合(he)安(an)(an)創建工(gong)作,通過聚焦員(yuan)工(gong)的身(shen)體健康(kang)、心(xin)理(li)健康(kang)、關系健康(kang)、發展健康(kang)這“四大(da)健康(kang)”,讓員(yuan)工(gong)筑夢(meng)合(he)安(an)(an),圓(yuan)夢(meng)合(he)安(an)(an)。
完善硬件---打牢幸福基礎(chu)
自2008年以來,合(he)安(an)處(chu)連續(xu)在(zai)所轄收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)共(gong)新建宿舍樓8棟(dong),房間按2人(ren)一間統一設(she)計,增設(she)獨立陽臺(tai),衛生間,空調、電視、洗衣機等(deng)設(she)備,實現WIFI網絡全覆蓋,全天候(hou)供應熱水(shui),營造居家氛圍。作(zuo)為集(ji)團公(gong)司“美(mei)好站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點”建設(she)試(shi)點單(dan)位,合(he)安(an)處(chu)在(zai)“美(mei)好站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點”硬件設(she)施建設(she)過(guo)程中以滿足職(zhi)工(gong)需(xu)求、提(ti)升使用效率(lv)和(he)具(ju)有可復制、可推(tui)廣的(de)基礎(chu)上,廣泛征求基層(ceng)一線員(yuan)工(gong)意(yi)見(jian)和(he)建議。在(zai)試(shi)點站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)安(an)慶收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),設(she)立班組(zu)活(huo)動(dong)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、職(zhi)工(gong)書屋、形體訓練室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、黨員(yuan)活(huo)動(dong)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、育(yu)嬰室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、“職(zhi)工(gong)之家”等(deng)活(huo)動(dong)場所,完善硬件設(she)施建設(she),創造樂活(huo)時(shi)空。去年,在(zai)集(ji)團公(gong)司的(de)關(guan)懷(huai)下,對(dui)懷(huai)寧收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)職(zhi)工(gong)公(gong)寓樓進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)遷址新建,解決(jue)了(le)員(yuan)工(gong)住宿路途遠、生活(huo)不便(bian)的(de)難題;對(dui)3個站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)班組(zu)活(huo)動(dong)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)改造,配備了(le)臺(tai)球(qiu)(qiu)、乒乓(pang)球(qiu)(qiu)、羽毛球(qiu)(qiu)等(deng)體育(yu)設(she)施;改善職(zhi)工(gong)生活(huo)環境(jing)(jing)和(he)住宿環境(jing)(jing),打牢幸福基礎(chu)。
民主管理---找(zhao)準(zhun)幸福需求
合安管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)處(chu)(chu)始終(zhong)將(jiang)民主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)作(zuo)為管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)決策(ce)的(de)重要手段,將(jiang)基層一線員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)訴求作(zuo)為管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)決策(ce)的(de)重要依據。2016年,處(chu)(chu)領(ling)導班子和工(gong)會深(shen)(shen)入一線,深(shen)(shen)入基層,廣(guang)泛開展調查研究;征集員(yuan)工(gong)意見和建議109條,分(fen)部門制(zhi)定責(ze)任清單,限時辦結(jie),切(qie)實解(jie)決員(yuan)工(gong)提出(chu)的(de)各類需求,提升(sheng)員(yuan)工(gong)對(dui)企(qi)業的(de)認同感。堅持民主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、廠務公開,在(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)處(chu)(chu)和各收(shou)費站設立公示(shi)欄,有(you)效實施內部監督(du)和外部監督(du)。讓(rang)員(yuan)工(gong)都能夠以主(zhu)人翁的(de)姿態為管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)處(chu)(chu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)決策(ce)建言(yan)獻策(ce)。
豐富活動---活躍(yue)幸福氛(fen)圍
根據員工(gong)(gong)喜好(hao),成立文藝、體(ti)育、攝影等興趣小(xiao)組(zu),自主開展各類活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),調(diao)動(dong)(dong)員工(gong)(gong)參與(yu)熱(re)情(qing),提升文化(hua)品位,緩解工(gong)(gong)作壓(ya)力,充分激(ji)發員工(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)作激(ji)情(qing)。倡(chang)導健(jian)康運(yun)動(dong)(dong)、健(jian)康生(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo),豐富活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)載體(ti),通過手(shou)機(ji)下載“樂動(dong)(dong)力”軟件,開展“知(zhi)行”健(jian)走活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),以(yi)競賽的形式促(cu)進員工(gong)(gong)廣(guang)泛參與(yu),經(jing)過一(yi)年多時間的持續開展,“知(zhi)行”健(jian)走活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)已發展成為基本涵蓋合安(an)處全體(ti)職工(gong)(gong)的一(yi)項全民健(jian)身活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)。開設主題課堂,將全年培訓(xun)計劃納入工(gong)(gong)會(hui)小(xiao)課堂,開展了以(yi)法律法規、攝影技巧、體(ti)育運(yun)動(dong)(dong)、女工(gong)(gong)保護為主題的專題培訓(xun),全面保障職工(gong)(gong)權(quan)益,提升員工(gong)(gong)素質、豐富員工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)、活(huo)(huo)(huo)躍幸福氛圍。
暖心行動---提升幸福指(zhi)數
設立合(he)安(an)處(chu)“職工(gong)愛心互助(zhu)基金”,幫(bang)助(zhu)困難職工(gong),傳(chuan)遞集體溫暖(nuan),解決一線員工(gong)的后顧之(zhi)憂。針對單位(wei)女(nv)員工(gong)多的實(shi)際情況,組織成(cheng)立婦工(gong)委,關心女(nv)職工(gong)的工(gong)作和(he)生(sheng)活(huo),在微笑服(fu)(fu)務工(gong)作中通過推行“準媽媽”標(biao)識牌和(he)進行適當崗位(wei)調整,切實(shi)保(bao)障孕(yun)(yun)期女(nv)工(gong)的合(he)法(fa)權益。管理處(chu)設立的8個育嬰室,已服(fu)(fu)務了30多位(wei)孕(yun)(yun)媽媽,并(bing)成(cheng)功申(shen)報了工(gong)會創新(xin)工(gong)作法(fa)。
常態化開(kai)展“夏日(ri)送(song)清(qing)涼”、“冬日(ri)送(song)溫(wen)暖(nuan)”及節假(jia)日(ri)、生日(ri)慰問活動;員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)生日(ri)當(dang)天(tian)發送(song)手(shou)機祝福(fu)短信,贈送(song)生日(ri)蛋(dan)糕。關心(xin)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)身體健康(kang)(kang),多(duo)次邀(yao)請醫(yi)院(yuan)專家(jia)、按(an)摩師開(kai)展健康(kang)(kang)知識和保健按(an)摩講座;每年定期組織員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進行體檢。關注一(yi)線員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)訴求,通過(guo)一(yi)些小(xiao)創新、小(xiao)改造不斷(duan)優化硬件(jian)配置(zhi),打造健康(kang)(kang)溫(wen)馨的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作環境。
搭(da)建(jian)平臺---實現幸(xing)福成(cheng)長
通(tong)(tong)過(guo)崗位競(jing)(jing)聘(pin),為(wei)廣大一(yi)線員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)提供公(gong)平(ping)(ping)、公(gong)正的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)平(ping)(ping)臺;開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)競(jing)(jing)賽、技能比拼活動(dong)(dong),鍛(duan)煉隊伍,提高業務(wu)技能。2016年,在與安慶市工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)聯合舉辦(ban)的(de)收(shou)費人員(yuan)技能競(jing)(jing)賽中(zhong),有3名員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)競(jing)(jing)賽榮(rong)獲(huo)安慶市五一(yi)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)獎(jiang)章、管(guan)(guan)理處榮(rong)獲(huo)安慶市“五一(yi)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)獎(jiang)狀”稱(cheng)號;同時,管(guan)(guan)理處還積極發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)各單位部(bu)門、收(shou)費站組織開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)形(xing)式(shi)各樣的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)競(jing)(jing)賽活動(dong)(dong),選拔優秀(xiu)選手,充實管(guan)(guan)理處后備人才(cai)隊伍。積極為(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)搭建發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)平(ping)(ping)臺拓寬發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)路(lu)徑,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)選派優秀(xiu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)到(dao)集團本(ben)部(bu)、相鄰站所進行輪崗學習(xi)等(deng)方式(shi),提升管(guan)(guan)理經驗,幫助員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)獲(huo)得(de)更(geng)大發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)空間,實現幸(xing)福(fu)成長。
