近日(ri),省交通運輸廳組織成立竣(jun)工驗收(shou)委員會,對滁淮高(gao)速(su)滁定段、定長段及(ji)繞城(cheng)高(gao)速(su)隴西至路口段應急工程進行了竣(jun)工驗收(shou)。
竣工(gong)驗收(shou)(shou)委(wei)員會對項目(mu)進行(xing)了實(shi)地查看(kan),并(bing)召開(kai)驗收(shou)(shou)會,聽(ting)取了建設、管養、質量監督等單(dan)位的匯報,查閱(yue)了工(gong)程(cheng)建設有關文件和資(zi)料(liao)。經綜合評議,三(san)條(tiao)高速(su)公路項目(mu)綜合評價等級為優良,自(zi)竣工(gong)驗收(shou)(shou)之日起正式投入運營。
滁州至(zhi)淮(huai)南高(gao)速(su)(su)(su)(su)公路(lu)是我省“五縱十橫(heng)”高(gao)速(su)(su)(su)(su)公路(lu)網規劃“橫(heng)四”—S12滁州至(zhi)新蔡高(gao)速(su)(su)(su)(su)公路(lu)的一段,項(xiang)目起(qi)于滁州市南譙區,接(jie)寧洛高(gao)速(su)(su)(su)(su),止于合(he)(he)肥市長(chang)(chang)(chang)豐(feng)縣,接(jie)合(he)(he)淮(huai)阜高(gao)速(su)(su)(su)(su)公路(lu),路(lu)線全(quan)(quan)(quan)長(chang)(chang)(chang)125km,分為滁定、定長(chang)(chang)(chang)兩段建(jian)設,其中滁定段全(quan)(quan)(quan)長(chang)(chang)(chang)62km、定長(chang)(chang)(chang)段全(quan)(quan)(quan)長(chang)(chang)(chang)63km。滁定項(xiang)目緊緊圍(wei)繞“品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)滁定”目標(biao)(biao),以項(xiang)目重(zhong)難點(dian)和關(guan)鍵節點(dian)為抓手,踐(jian)行(xing)“統籌(chou)、用心、舒(shu)適、綠色”的建(jian)設理(li)念,處理(li)好(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設與自然保護的關(guan)系,標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)、規范化(hua)(hua)管理(li),工(gong)(gong)(gong)序銜(xian)接(jie)順暢(chang)緊密,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量優良(liang),安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)“零(ling)傷亡(wang)(wang)”。定長(chang)(chang)(chang)項(xiang)目聚焦涉鐵協調難度大、取(qu)土(tu)困難等重(zhong)難點(dian),推行(xing)精細化(hua)(hua)管理(li)與標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),積極打造品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),將(jiang)“標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)”活動(dong)轉(zhuan)變為“常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)”行(xing)動(dong),推行(xing)隱蔽工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、重(zhong)要工(gong)(gong)(gong)序“四方驗(yan)收”制度,切(qie)實保證工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量,實現(xian)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)“零(ling)傷亡(wang)(wang)”目標(biao)(biao)
繞城高速(su)隴(long)西(xi)至路(lu)(lu)口段(duan)為G3京臺高速(su)的一段(duan),項目起于隴(long)西(xi)樞紐互(hu)通,接(jie)合(he)(he)蕪高速(su)公路(lu)(lu),終于路(lu)(lu)口樞紐互(hu)通,接(jie)合(he)(he)徐(xu)高速(su)公路(lu)(lu),路(lu)(lu)線全長9.44公里。項目克服工(gong)期(qi)緊、交通組(zu)織復雜、營運(yun)(yun)和建(jian)設雙重安(an)全壓力大等困難,超(chao)前謀(mou)劃、統籌安(an)排、均衡推進,實現了“既有高速(su)正常營運(yun)(yun)、新建(jian)高速(su)施工(gong)安(an)全”的雙保(bao)目標。首次開(kai)展(zhan)樁(zhuang)板式(shi)路(lu)(lu)基結構工(gong)程(cheng)應用,減少(shao)環境污染,極大節約(yue)了土地。是我省(sheng)第(di)一段(duan)雙向10車道高速(su)公路(lu)(lu),使合(he)(he)肥繞城高速(su)通行能力得到了極大提升。
