今(jin)年“五一(yi)”假期(qi),全省高(gao)速路網(wang)運行(xing)總體安全平穩,出入(ru)口合(he)計2228.81萬輛次,與去年同期(qi)相比增長370.26%,日車流量均衡且持續高(gao)位(wei)運行(xing);服務區共(gong)接待旅客1700萬余人次,加油(you)站(zhan)累計加油(you)91.21萬車次。
根據(ju)集團公(gong)(gong)司(si)統(tong)一部(bu)署,皖(wan)通公(gong)(gong)司(si)、驛達公(gong)(gong)司(si)、石(shi)化公(gong)(gong)司(si)及(ji)各營(ying)運單位以(yi)“皖(wan)美高(gao)速(su)”大(da)路(lu)(lu)網(wang)出行(xing)服(fu)(fu)務體系為抓(zhua)手,扎實開展高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)服(fu)(fu)務暢通行(xing)動(dong),堅(jian)持多方(fang)發力、多管齊(qi)下,打好(hao)疏堵(du)(du)、排堵(du)(du)、防(fang)堵(du)(du)“組合拳(quan)”,有效(xiao)緩(huan)解路(lu)(lu)網(wang)通行(xing)壓力,盡最大(da)努力讓(rang)人民群(qun)眾節日出行(xing)走(zou)得快、走(zou)得好(hao)、走(zou)得舒心。
強化(hua)周密(mi)部署(shu)(shu)。節前,皖(wan)通(tong)公(gong)司(si)貫(guan)徹落(luo)實(shi)《全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)暢(chang)通(tong)行動工作方案(an)》,堅持“全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)一盤棋、全(quan)路(lu)一張網”,從省(sheng)(sheng)級層面加強“一路(lu)三方”協調會商,提(ti)前研判道(dao)路(lu)交(jiao)通(tong)形勢,針對排查的(de)13處易堵(du)緩行路(lu)段,分別(bie)制定了“一點一策”實(shi)施方案(an),并(bing)通(tong)過專家評審論證。召開專題會議(yi),強化(hua)節假日路(lu)網保(bao)暢(chang)服(fu)務工作部署(shu)(shu),組(zu)織開展“四(si)不兩直”督查,確(que)保(bao)各項工作舉措落(luo)實(shi)到位。
強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)路(lu)(lu)警(jing)聯(lian)動(dong)。皖通(tong)公(gong)(gong)司從省(sheng)級層面協(xie)調,對試(shi)刀山(shan)隧道路(lu)(lu)段限(xian)速(su)標(biao)準(zhun)進行提(ti)速(su),將(jiang)限(xian)速(su)80公(gong)(gong)里(li)/小(xiao)時(shi)提(ti)升至100公(gong)(gong)里(li)/小(xiao)時(shi),提(ti)高(gao)單(dan)位時(shi)間(jian)通(tong)行效率。節(jie)日期間(jian),強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)一(yi)路(lu)(lu)三方實(shi)體化(hua)(hua)聯(lian)合(he)值(zhi)守、信息(xi)共享、一(yi)體化(hua)(hua)協(xie)同,形成工作合(he)力,提(ti)高(gao)路(lu)(lu)網運行管控(kong)能(neng)力。高(gao)界處強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)交警(jing)協(xie)調聯(lian)動(dong),按照“遠端(duan)引導(dao)、近端(duan)分(fen)流(liu)、節(jie)點(dian)(dian)蹲(dun)守、快(kuai)處快(kuai)撤”方針,落(luo)實(shi)“一(yi)點(dian)(dian)一(yi)策”疏(shu)堵(du)保暢措(cuo)施(shi)。宿州中心與(yu)高(gao)速(su)交警(jing)、路(lu)(lu)政部門(men)(men)組成若干(gan)個處置單(dan)元(yuan),分(fen)段包干(gan),通(tong)過提(ti)前(qian)駐(zhu)點(dian)(dian)引導(dao)、錯(cuo)時(shi)巡查、視頻(pin)巡查等(deng)措(cuo)施(shi),主動(dong)查找擁堵(du)點(dian)(dian),加強(qiang)(qiang)事故快(kuai)處快(kuai)撤。黃(huang)山(shan)中心與(yu)高(gao)速(su)交警(jing)等(deng)部門(men)(men)共享黃(huang)山(shan)風景區各出入口游客數量(liang),配合(he)交警(jing)部門(men)(men)在流(liu)量(liang)最大的黃(huang)山(shan)南大門(men)(men)屯溪收費站實(shi)施(shi)分(fen)流(liu),引導(dao)旅游車輛從相鄰站點(dian)(dian)進入高(gao)速(su)。
強(qiang)化精準施(shi)(shi)策。各營運單位結合(he)轄段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)管理(li)難點(dian)(dian),實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)“一點(dian)(dian)一策”疏堵(du)(du)保暢(chang),節前排查(cha)的13處“堵(du)(du)點(dian)(dian)”未(wei)出(chu)現(xian)長時(shi)(shi)間擁(yong)堵(du)(du)現(xian)象。合(he)巢(chao)蕪(wu)處出(chu)動(dong)7臺(tai)施(shi)(shi)救(jiu)(jiu)和(he)巡(xun)查(cha)車(che)輛,駐(zhu)點(dian)(dian)試刀山隧道(dao)上(shang)下行(xing)入(ru)口,通(tong)過錯峰巡(xun)查(cha)、循(xun)環巡(xun)查(cha)等(deng)方式(shi),及時(shi)(shi)高(gao)效(xiao)疏導(dao)“堵(du)(du)點(dian)(dian)”。合(he)安中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)將(jiang)高(gao)德實(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)地(di)圖(tu)(tu)投放到(dao)監控大屏,實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)“掛圖(tu)(tu)作戰(zhan)”,利(li)用高(gao)清(qing)監控設(she)備將(jiang)該堵(du)(du)點(dian)(dian)的實(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)畫(hua)面傳(chuan)到(dao)大屏,指揮路(lu)面巡(xun)查(cha)人員(yuan)動(dong)態精準“排堵(du)(du)”。馬鞍山中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)在所轄路(lu)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)設(she)立(li)8個巡(xun)邏(luo)小(xiao)分隊、14個固(gu)定救(jiu)(jiu)援(yuan)點(dian)(dian)和(he)2臺(tai)流(liu)動(dong)救(jiu)(jiu)援(yuan)車(che),提(ti)高(gao)巡(xun)查(cha)救(jiu)(jiu)援(yuan)效(xiao)能(neng)。池(chi)州中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)加密沿江重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)路(lu)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)駐(zhu)點(dian)(dian)布防,精準推送(song)特情信(xin)息,實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)主線機(ji)動(dong)預警、循(xun)環部位應急(ji),配合(he)景(jing)點(dian)(dian)收費站入(ru)口短時(shi)(shi)限行(xing)、階(jie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)放行(xing)等(deng)管制措施(shi)(shi),有效(xiao)緩解路(lu)面通(tong)行(xing)壓力(li)。蕪(wu)湖(hu)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)采取“流(liu)動(dong)巡(xun)查(cha)+定點(dian)(dian)值守”等(deng)方式(shi),對寧蕪(wu)高(gao)速改(gai)擴建(jian)蕪(wu)湖(hu)樞(shu)紐重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)路(lu)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)打造“7公里響應半徑、20分鐘高(gao)效(xiao)快(kuai)處”清(qing)障救(jiu)(jiu)援(yuan)循(xun)環補位服務圈,有效(xiao)保障改(gai)擴建(jian)路(lu)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)處突時(shi)(shi)效(xiao)。界(jie)阜蚌公司建(jian)立(li)“機(ji)動(dong)巡(xun)查(cha)+施(shi)(shi)救(jiu)(jiu)駐(zhu)點(dian)(dian)”的綜合(he)保暢(chang)體系,針(zhen)對匝道(dao)、收費站、服務區等(deng)節點(dian)(dian)車(che)流(liu)交(jiao)(jiao)叉(cha)匯入(ru)特點(dian)(dian),提(ti)前利(li)用誘導(dao)設(she)施(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)渠化,提(ti)高(gao)關鍵(jian)節點(dian)(dian)通(tong)行(xing)效(xiao)率。六安北中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)調(diao)集60余臺(tai)巡(xun)查(cha)、救(jiu)(jiu)援(yuan)車(che)輛進行(xing)滾動(dong)式(shi)巡(xun)查(cha),將(jiang)車(che)輛分流(liu)至國道(dao),防止高(gao)店樞(shu)紐段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)出(chu)現(xian)長時(shi)(shi)間擁(yong)堵(du)(du)。
強化(hua)保(bao)(bao)障(zhang)服(fu)務(wu)。驛(yi)達公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)將肥東、豐樂、新(xin)橋、龍門寺等(deng)(deng)80%的服(fu)務(wu)區便利店調整為(wei)24小時(shi)(shi)服(fu)務(wu),中餐服(fu)務(wu)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)在平時(shi)(shi)基礎(chu)上延長(chang)1小時(shi)(shi)。新(xin)建充(chong)電樁(zhuang)168個(ge),覆蓋所有服(fu)務(wu)區的充(chong)電樁(zhuang)總數超過1100個(ge)。招聘800余名臨(lin)時(shi)(shi)用工(gong),重點(dian)充(chong)實疏導和保(bao)(bao)潔崗(gang)位,全力維護服(fu)務(wu)區交通(tong)秩(zhi)序(xu)。石(shi)化(hua)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)在各(ge)加(jia)油(you)站上線油(you)料庫存預警系統(tong),墊高(gao)油(you)料庫存儲備,保(bao)(bao)證油(you)料供應穩定充(chong)足。增加(jia)加(jia)油(you)工(gong)作人員,推薦移動支付、“一鍵加(jia)油(you)”等(deng)(deng)舉措,提升通(tong)過率和加(jia)滿(man)率,減少顧(gu)客等(deng)(deng)待時(shi)(shi)間(jian)。合肥處采用定點(dian)與流動、人工(gong)與機械(xie)、常規與應急(ji)相(xiang)結合的保(bao)(bao)潔模(mo)式,抓(zhua)好節假日路域環(huan)境提升工(gong)作,為(wei)司(si)(si)乘出行(xing)營(ying)造良好通(tong)行(xing)環(huan)境。
客運(yun)方面,“五一(yi)”期間(jian),交(jiao)運(yun)集(ji)團班(ban)線客運(yun)共(gong)(gong)投入車輛(liang)816臺(tai),發送(song)班(ban)次8453個,輸送(song)旅客13.1萬(wan)人次。公(gong)交(jiao)客運(yun)共(gong)(gong)投入車輛(liang)2190臺(tai),輸送(song)旅客150.28萬(wan)人次,總體平穩有(you)序。
