為貫徹落實交通運輸部、省交通運輸廳和集團公司取消省界收費站有關部署要求,宿州中心在充分調研討論基礎上,認真部署落實,扎實做好省界收費站取消前各項準備工作。
一是(shi)強化(hua)(hua)組織(zhi)領(ling)導。制定“五大攻(gong)堅戰(zhan)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)規劃,成立工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)指揮部,下設辦公(gong)室,健(jian)全組織(zhi)領(ling)導體系(xi),利用營(ying)運例(li)會、收(shou)(shou)費(fei)分析會、站(zhan)(zhan)務(wu)(wu)例(li)會等多種形式傳(chuan)達學習實施(shi)方案(an),廣泛(fan)(fan)動(dong)員(yuan)(yuan)部署。各部門針對業(ye)務(wu)(wu)特點(dian)分頭組織(zhi)討(tao)論(lun)會,學習車型分類、系(xi)統(tong)改(gai)造、稽查(cha)管理(li)等知識,打牢業(ye)務(wu)(wu)基礎(chu),確保(bao)(bao)撤(che)站(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)順利實施(shi)。二是(shi)細化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方案(an)。印發(fa)《宿州中心取消高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)省界收(shou)(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實施(shi)方案(an)》,劃分各部站(zhan)(zhan)職責分工(gong)(gong)(gong),細化(hua)(hua)省際對接(jie)、系(xi)統(tong)建設、資(zi)產處置、人員(yuan)(yuan)安置等具體工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)務(wu)(wu),明確時(shi)間表和任(ren)務(wu)(wu)圖,倒排工(gong)(gong)(gong)期,掛圖作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)。三是(shi)廣泛(fan)(fan)調研(yan)引導。成立調研(yan)組,廣泛(fan)(fan)開展(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)交流(liu),深入一線充(chong)分聽取職工(gong)(gong)(gong)想法和工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)建議(yi),解答員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)疑(yi)惑,消除(chu)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)思想負擔(dan),制定調研(yan)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)分解表,明確辦理(li)時(shi)限,幫(bang)助解決實際困(kun)難,確保(bao)(bao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)訴求“件件有回(hui)復、事事有回(hui)音”。四是(shi)做好溝通交流(liu)。提前(qian)梳理(li)思考撤(che)站(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中面臨的問題、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)建議(yi)和省際對接(jie)事宜,加(jia)強與(yu)相(xiang)關單位的溝通協調,確保(bao)(bao)撤(che)站(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)順利進行。五是(shi)加(jia)強輿(yu)論(lun)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)。積極通過沿(yan)線情(qing)報板、電(dian)子屏、橫幅等多種形式開展(zhan)(zhan)宣(xuan)傳(chuan),強化(hua)(hua)輿(yu)論(lun)引導,營(ying)造良好的輿(yu)論(lun)氛圍。
